- External Fulfillment: Delivery is completed outside of Roblox. We will never request your account password or login details.

2. Payment Terms

3. Final Sale Policy
All purchases are final.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not allow refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once delivery has been completed.
4. Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or filing a false dispute is strictly prohibited.
If a user attempts to reverse a payment:
- Access to our services will be permanently revoked
- The user will be blacklisted from future purchases
- Proof of transaction (including chat logs and delivery confirmation) will be submitted to the payment provider
5. Delivery Terms
- Timing: Delivery speed may vary depending on order volume and availability
- Customer Responsibility: You must provide correct delivery details (such as usernames or IDs)
- Completion: Once the item has been delivered to the provided information, the order is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect details
6. Fraud Prevention
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent behavior.
Prohibited actions include:
- Providing fake or altered payment proof
- Impersonating staff or other users
- Making false claims or attempting to scam
Violations will result in an immediate and permanent ban, along with blacklisting.
7. Acceptable Use
Users are expected to behave appropriately while using our services:
- Respect others: Harassment, hate speech, threats, or unnecessary conflict are not allowed
- No advertising: Do not promote services, spam, or privately message users for scams or promotions
- No impersonation: Pretending to be staff or affiliated members is strictly forbidden

- Support must be contacted respectfully
- Harassment or abuse directed at staff will lead to immediate service termination
