Because all of our products are digital, every purchase is considered final. By completing a transaction, you accept the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Products
Our items are delivered digitally, either instantly or through a manual transfer process. Since digital goods cannot be returned once delivered or once delivery has started, they are treated as fully used and non-refundable.
2. Refund Conditions
- We do not provide refunds for reasons such as accidental purchases, buyer’s regret, or a change of mind.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to enter correct delivery details (such as usernames or IDs). If incorrect information is provided and the item is lost as a result, we cannot replace it or issue a refund.
- We are not responsible for any changes made by third-party platforms (for example, Roblox updates) that may alter or affect the item after it has been delivered.
3. Exceptions
Refund requests may only be reviewed in rare situations, and strictly at our discretion, if:
- A proven error on our side results in the item not being delivered at all.
4. Disputes & Chargebacks
Filing a dispute or chargeback in an attempt to avoid this policy will lead to:
- A permanent ban from our store
- Your transaction details being shared with the payment provider as proof of fulfillment
